We can balance and maintain our mind and body through Ayurved.

Ayurved is an ancient health science that has been practiced for thousands of years, its simple yet profound observations and remedies have stood the test of time for millennia.
The techniques of Ayurved that where so prevalent and widely praised in ancient times for its healing capacity are being sort today in modern times.

The profound resurrection of this ancient healing system is due to the conscious shift that is taking peoples FAITH from the modern medicine establishment and empowering them into a heal thyself establishment.

Ayurved focuses not only curing the symptoms of a disease or ailment but looks at eradicating the cause of the disease which is fundamentally seated in how we are being in life.

'health and fulfillment is not in becoming but in being" D.F

Being is awareness about oneself.

When we realize that who and what we be in this present moment is having a direct effect on our health and well-being we can begin to make change towards a balanced and harmonious lifestyle right now.
Ayurved empowers each individual to take responsibility into there life through a practice known as 'Dinachary', which can be translated into ' Daily routine'.
Practicing a Ayurvedic routine that is tailored to your specific constitution will transform your quality of life into a experience of balanced bliss.

Ayurved recognizes that life is abundantly full of diversity and that a "one size fits all" modality within health does not exist.
Rather it views each individual as a miracle, made up of 24 variegated elements that are existing within all of us in different proportions.

Understanding that health is 'being healthy' then we can begin to transform our being into a more balanced state via what we do within our daily activity, and in doing so we create a healthy balance in the environment for all.

few Ayurvedic simple health routines for all :)
