Gratitude is Thy Attitude

All existence comes from beauty and harmony. Only our limited perception creates suffering. Introspect, everything is perfect
All diversity is perfect in its present moment, through diversity we are equal in all expressions of love
Truth is Dynamic, Love is Dynamic, Devotion is Dynamic, Nature is Dynamic, You and I are Dynamic!
Freedom is for ever present within love and love is true when one becomes selfless, learn to be selfless and be free!! ..
When we become an agent of giving, an expression of abundance, everything we desire manifests, all we need is the key, the master to show us the dance of reality that is within, then life is a matter of Sharing and Serving that BEAuty and Harmony.

Gratitude is thy attitude :)

We can balance and maintain our mind and body through Ayurved.

Ayurved is an ancient health science that has been practiced for thousands of years, its simple yet profound observations and remedies have stood the test of time for millennia.
The techniques of Ayurved that where so prevalent and widely praised in ancient times for its healing capacity are being sort today in modern times.

The profound resurrection of this ancient healing system is due to the conscious shift that is taking peoples FAITH from the modern medicine establishment and empowering them into a heal thyself establishment.

Ayurved focuses not only curing the symptoms of a disease or ailment but looks at eradicating the cause of the disease which is fundamentally seated in how we are being in life.

'health and fulfillment is not in becoming but in being" D.F

Being is awareness about oneself.

When we realize that who and what we be in this present moment is having a direct effect on our health and well-being we can begin to make change towards a balanced and harmonious lifestyle right now.
Ayurved empowers each individual to take responsibility into there life through a practice known as 'Dinachary', which can be translated into ' Daily routine'.
Practicing a Ayurvedic routine that is tailored to your specific constitution will transform your quality of life into a experience of balanced bliss.

Ayurved recognizes that life is abundantly full of diversity and that a "one size fits all" modality within health does not exist.
Rather it views each individual as a miracle, made up of 24 variegated elements that are existing within all of us in different proportions.

Understanding that health is 'being healthy' then we can begin to transform our being into a more balanced state via what we do within our daily activity, and in doing so we create a healthy balance in the environment for all.

few Ayurvedic simple health routines for all :)
  1. Rinse, brush and scrape your tongue, teeth and mouth in the morning apon waking, this cleanses the toxins off the tongue that your body has worked so hard over night to get out.
  2. Drinking a warm lemon, ginger and honey tea will alkalize the stomach and stimulate the bowels :)
  3. 3 deep breaths every hour regulates the flow of prana(life force) in the body and mind.

The Name

AGNI.EDU. A name that will echo into eternity. That will blast ignorance from the mind and create flower fields of peace and fulfilled dreams. The trick with naming something i believe is not to rely on the name to bring interest rather its the context of what the name is associated with that will get the peoples eyes and minds.

This conversation will hopefully inspire and create EVOLUTION into you and my being. There will be so many thoughts and varied meanings, where DIVERSITY will be the fruit in which we feast, and the enjoying will be where we come together and UNITE as one in common ideals and thoughts. the EDU in the name was inspired by these three words EVOLUTION,DIVERSITY AND UNITY.

The Context is established, now let us look at AGNI.

Agni is a sanskrit word and personality, that gives light and warmth. Agni in Ayurvedic terms represents the fire of digestion both in a cellular level and a mental level. The ability to metabolize and assimilate anything in the world be it external or internal relies on the condition of our Agni. They say if one has the blessing of Agni, he becomes invincible, Shiva is the master yogi and has the ability to ingest any types of poisons due to his agni.

The prime seat of Agni is located in the stomach and is also the gastric secretions that our pancreas does such a good job at maintaining and regulating. Agni is responsible for all transformation in the body.
When one maintains a healthy Agni through the practice of a regulated diet and lifestyle, there quality of life becomes pure and blissful.

The Definition of Health in Ayurved is Defined as:

"one who is established in self, who has balanced Agni, Properly formed Dhatus, Proper elimination of malas, well functioning bodily processes and whose mind, soul and senses are full of bliss is called a healthy person"

So let this first post be a honoring to Agni Dev and may his ability to transform and warm all our hearts be forever present.
